Learning Experience
In the program, you will utilize Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch as the preferred tools for editing vector graphics, prototyping, and wireframing. Please note that while Adobe XD offers a 7-day free trial, there may be expenses associated with it afterwards. The program offers students a fully online and flexible learning experience. It is asynchronous, allowing students to determine their study hours based on their other commitments. All program material is accessible through the student’s personal account on the CareerFoundry platform. While there is an overall completion deadline, students have the freedom to organize their study schedule according to their availability and preferences.
Each lesson in the program comprises reading material, videos, tutorials, a quiz, and a practical task. NOT-REQUIRED

Curriculum
The CareerFoundry UX Design course is divided into three main parts: Introduction to UX Design, UX Immersion, and Specialization. INTRO TO UX DESIGN
The “Intro to UX Design” section of the UX Design course is aimed at giving students a basic understanding of user experience design. This part of the course is made up of eight tasks, all leading to a main project – designing an app for learning vocabulary. The tasks cover a range of topics, from an introduction to UX and design thinking, to user research, creating user personas, organizing information, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing usability, presenting your work, and looking at what comes next.

They will also learn how to create wireframes and prototypes to test their designs before finalizing the product. By the end of this section of the course, students will have a strong foundation in UX design principles and will be prepared to delve into more complex topics in the next sections of the course.
UX IMMERSION
The UX Immersion section is a comprehensive exploration into the world of User Experience (UX) design. It is structured as a series of six progressive achievements, each one building upon the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous. The aim is to provide students with a thorough understanding of UX design principles and practices, and to equip them with the practical skills needed to apply these in real-world scenarios.
The journey begins with fostering a design thinking mindset, which is crucial for approaching problems from a user-centric perspective. This mindset is then applied to understand the user better, using tools such as user personas, journey maps, and task analysis.
